Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from sand-palm. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain products (e.g., personal-use items like sleep masks or opened first-aid kits) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for sending your product back.


💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange, please contact us directly and we will arrange the replacement.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, sand-palm will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

❓ Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support.

🌍 International Orders

For customers outside our primary shipping regions, additional time may be required for returns and refunds due to customs clearance.


⚠️ Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Clearance or final-sale items.

Items not purchased directly from sand-palm.com.

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
