✅ Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Certain products (e.g., personal-use items like sleep masks or opened first-aid kits) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for sending your product back.
💵 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔄 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange, please contact us directly and we will arrange the replacement.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, sand-palm will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
❓ Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support.
🌍 International Orders
For customers outside our primary shipping regions, additional time may be required for returns and refunds due to customs clearance.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Clearance or final-sale items.
Items not purchased directly from sand-palm.com.
Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
